Welcome to the Flare Photography website. My name is Adrienne.
 
Photography means many things to many people. A photo can be a treasured memory, or a chance snapshot of a great time with friends, all however, capture a tiny fragment of life and a moment in time. I specialise in people from the very young to the very old – serious or celebrating and everything in between.
 
I was given my first camera at the age of seven, and photography has been a passion of mine ever since. Back in the days of film I learned to develop and print my own pictures in a dark room, but discovering the magic of digital SLR’s has rekindled my desire to produce great images, and I’m back doing what I love best. I like to capture special moments in natural situations – so that when looking back the subject can see a true representation of that moment. With my background in design, I feel I have a keen eye for detail, and I like my pictures to have an originality of their own. Having directed many photo-shoots during my years as a designer, and with considerable experience in post-production, this new direction in full-time photography seems a natural transition for me.
